Every part of this transaction was a pleasure. The product I purchased was sold-out on the website but when I e-mailed, Jacinda quickly responded stating she would look into helping me out. Shortly after that, She responded leetting me know that the team would get to work cutting the piece from the aircraft. It didn't take long at all for Jacinda to send me photo's of the cut-out. I asked her to proceed with the sale. When it arrived several days later, I was thrilled! The corners of the flag cut-out were rounded and any sharp areas were ground down to avoid any injury. It's a beautiful piece that I'll display in. my establishment with great pride. I WILL be making another purchase from Whaletail sales soon. Kudos to Jacinda and her team!!!
