Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, fulfillment queue position, product availability, and whether the item has already been removed from an aircraft.

Delivery time estimates begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be included in the final price provided at the time of purchase.

Whaletail Sales ships internationally. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

Freight & Oversized Shipments

Due to the size and weight of many items, freight shipping may be required.

By purchasing a freight-shipped item, the customer acknowledges responsibility for ensuring that the delivery location can accommodate a freight truck, has adequate access and space for delivery, and has appropriate personnel or equipment available to unload the shipment.

Liftgate service or special handling must be requested in advance and may result in additional charges.

Missed delivery appointments may result in redelivery fees, storage charges, or return freight costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers must inspect freight shipments at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt, photographed, and reported to us within twenty-four hours. Failure to properly document damage may void freight claims.

Once the shipment is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier. Whaletail Sales is not liable for freight delays, handling damage, or other transit-related issues. However, we will assist with freight claims when possible.

Freight shipments are curbside delivery only unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
